    Hi everyone I'm just wondering how they test for handbrakes in the NCT. My car car seems like the handbrake is perfect so confused.

    Imbalance, is it a 4x4 or standard?


    It's a brake so they basically check it's ability to stop

    What's the problem - did you fail on the handbrake? What does it say on the sheet?

    The test is documented here (PDF file), the handbrake is covered on page 22.....
