issues newly built house / builder

    hi guys, I bought a house from a builder before it was fully completed. Paid in full & moved in after the house itself was finished except the driveway.

    The builder subsequently paved the driveway extremely poorly (he does dispute that himself) but I've been struggling to get him back to make good the driveway. it's been frustrating to say the least...

    is there anything I can do to escalate / give him a bit pressure? is there a consumer dispute resolution service in this lovely country? thanks in advance!
