    Hello,

Did anybody experience "47 assessment" that was requested by the solicitor of the ex-partner please?

This assessment will help the judge to make a decision in regard to the welfare of the child. It was requested by the solicitor of the partner that my friend ( her) is getting separated. Why it cannot be decided without this expansive report what is the best for a child? What else could be reached with this report that cannot be reached without? What do they look for please?

How long this whole procedure will take please? Anything else what you have experienced that you think could be helpful, could you please share it?

    Thank you very much.
