    How's it going I'm in Portugal for the week and looking to rent something interesting for a few days? Nothing crazy, but just something I wouldn't drive back home. Convertible a bonus.

    Any local companies you would recommend near albuferia that might have something?

    From looking online hertz have an abarth 595 but wasn't available this week, Sixt have a Fiat 124 spider which might do the job or a 2 series cabriolet.

    I used a company called zitauto collected in faro Airport. They were cheap easy to deal with and I had no issues with them. I d definitely use them again. They did nt have an office when we used them they were working out of the back of a van in the main car park. I m assuming that's why they were so cheap.

    I got this from Guerin in Faro airport last week. Booked a Golf class through Rentalcars.com and for a smallish upgrade fee (€120). Desperately inpractical if you have any more than two people and the boot is utterly useless when the roof is down. It was also a diesel with the older iDrive but fun in the evening and very comfortable on the 280km trip to Lisbon.
