Hi, I got 2 nest thermostats installed by yourselves yesterday. Both on stands supplied. Just wondering would it now be possible to fit one of the nests to the wall to replace the old thermostat. Would the installer need to call again. Seems to be 230v going to old thermostat, but as far as I know the nest requires 12v. Would something need to be done at the heatlink? Thanks

    Hi Coley35,

Thank you for getting in touch.

We recommend contacting the Home Energy Services department directly on 1850 372 333 (open until 6pm). They would be in a better position to advise you.

We can just give general information on this forum. Our colleagues would be better able to provide information regarding installation and answer technical questions.

If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

    Kind regards,
    Aoife
