M50 Market Stalls

Has anyone any idea what was going on, on the bridge over the M50 northbound, before the Ballymun exit, this morning? Looks like a bridge that leads to Silogue Green from google maps. There were market stalls set up on it this morning, which caused traffic to back up to the Red Cow as drivers were slowing down to look at…

Looks like a bridge that leads to Silogue Green from google maps.

There were market stalls set up on it this morning, which caused traffic to back up to the Red Cow as drivers were slowing down to look at the market stalls on the over head bridge.

Passed under that yesterday - it looked like a film crew were shooting some scenes there.
