** New Forum /Namechange Forum - Special Needs Parenting

    Hi Everyone,
    As a result of feedback from posters, we've renamed the ASD parenting forum to widen the scope of it to all types of special needs that our kids might require.

    We are in chats to see if we can have it linked as a sub-forum to some other ones that would be helpful - such as maybe education, carers, social welfare and others that might be helpful to draw posters in to contribute.

    We are hoping that it will be a place where we can offer advice, support, or suggestions or whatever it is that a fellow parent might need as they navigate all the tricky things that comes with having a child with special needs in their home.

    We will be adapting the charter to better reflect what our new forum's purpose should be so if you have any suggestions on that, please let us know. Also if you have links to support groups or resources that you or someone you know have found helpful please post them here also so we can add them to the charter.
