Hi, A property for sale in Briarfield, Kilbarrack Road. I've rented a room in Sutton, liked the area and v. handy for the Dart. Would Kilbarrack Road, which seems to be near Sutton, be an okay area? Grateful for advice.

Would Kilbarrack Road, which seems to be near Sutton, be an okay area?

Kilbarrack for all its reputation is actually grand. Is this the Briarfield estate you're talking about?

Edit had a Google it's not. It's the old Briarfield House site. They're only recentlyish sold. Youd have to question why the current owners are selling so quickly.

I did also wonder re. owners selling this modern house so soon.

Checked with friend in Sutton, she advised me to avoid.

Will keep on searching!
