I had a bit much to drink last weekend, ended up back at a girls house. Don't want to be too graphic but she was pulling at my private part enthusatically. Basically pulled my fore skin way back which I never do. Problem is since then I'm in absolute agony. Feel like I'm on fire down below. Too embarrassed to go to my normal doctor. This isn't a wind upm

Did you tear your banjo string? This is very common. You need to see a doctor, it may need a stitch

Seriously, you need to go to the doctor. On fire down below could be more than just a tight foreskin.. there may be a local sexual health clinic in your area that is free and anonymous.

Something up anyway, can hardly walk with the pain.

Go to your GP, trust me they’ve seen a lot worse.

You need a doctor dude. If you can't overcome the embarrassment and go to your own GP, find a walk in practice or something. But honestly, the GP is hardly going to be shocked or anything. These things happen like.

    Mod note:

OP I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to close this thread as medical advice is not allowed on boards. Please consult a doctor.
