    Hi all,

Some people have mentioned that there are circumstances where you might be able to pay 10% deposit instead of 20% deposit even if it's not the first house you buy.

Does anyone know what these circumstances might be?

    Cheers

Banks are allowed to give a certain amount of exemptions to that condition as per the Central Bank Rules.
So you would have to talk to the banks to see what conditions they have for it.
