Triton T90Z Replacement?

Im looking to replace an old T90Z. I picked up an AS2000 but apparently it would require pipe work to be changed?! Im looking to get something with as much of a flow as possible, a nice strong shower. I have a cold tank in the attic and a (never on) hot water press in the heating closet. Can anyone provide a recommendation of something that will swap straight out? I spent an hour scratching my head in B&Q and obviously walked out with the wrong thing. And someone to do the job :D

    Thanks

If you say what part of the country you are located then someone should be able to point you in the right direction for an installer.
The AS2000 gives out decent pressure, but will require a separate connection to the hot water supply.
Sticking to the latest version of the T90 would be the most straightforward installation.

A T90SR will be a straight swop, it's also a lot quieter than the Z, if your current wiring is 6sq go with the 9kw, if you've 10sq you can go higher but we find the 9kw pretty good

Triton t90sr silent is a direct swap for the t90z. Electric showers are convenient with instant hot water but because it has to heat the water instantly it can't provide much pressure. If you want good pressure then you need a power shower like the as2000xt or the new silent version the Triton Novel SR. Unfortunately for these your plumber needs to run a hot supply to the shower. Once installed you will need the immersion, gas or oil on for 30 to 60 minutes before each shower

Edit: never ask for this type of advice in the likes of B&Q as they haven't a clue. They are sales assistants with little knowledge of what they are selling

Perfect guys thanks for much. Its a rented house so I cant do any big works. It looks like the SR might be the way to go
