Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Recommend a hypnotherapist for anxiety

    I'm in South Dublin. I have problems with anxiety around certain issues. I am using the counselling route and GP route and have done for quite a while.
    I would like to give the hypnotherapy a go. Can someone recommend one they had success with, not too expensive ideally. Please. I think the rules mean you can pm me and not post it up here.

    We can't really give individual recommendations here. What appeals to you about hypnotherapy? Has your original therapy been targeted enough around your anxiety?
