    Hi guys,

Currently looking for a mechanic to do usual servicing and repairs if/when required. Vehicle is a 2012 Lexus CT200H so hopefully the mechanic is familiar with hybrids.

    Thanks!

I live in Lucan and use BMG motors in Laraghcon, have been very happy with the level of service with them for a couple of years now.

Just a bit of an update:

I have just contacted these guys recently and I must say I am stunned with the professionalism even from the very first point of contact. I was expecting to be treated as a normal customer but I was treated with utmost respect and seriously felt like I was a stakeholder when I came in for a visit to get my car initially inspected if it needed brakes replaced. I was given a bit of a tour of the garage, where Mark talked about what they usually do, from training, servicing, etc, what parts they used for certain vehicles.

Certainly felt more than just a customer. Definitely felt that I was treated better than I was in the Lexus dealer where I usually got my car serviced. I have the service booked for Friday and there's no doubt in my mind that it will be in good hands. I will be reviewing them on Facebook after my service on Friday but just wanted to let people know here of how good they treat customers.

    Thanks Biko for the suggestion.
