Help to buy before it expires?

    Hi,

    I have just the minimum required to get the help to buy scheme so I was wondering if it's worth to avail of it before it expires? (if it doesn't get renewed for a new year)

    Would it be worth waiting and see what happens with property prices as well?

    Thoughts? Thanks.
