    I’ve a couple of albums shared with my wife that we can each throw pics into. Haven’t used it in a while, so I don’t know if it’s actively working for me. We usually just AirDrop stuff to each other. I haven’t tried a shared album with anyone outside my Family Sharing group.

    I’d much prefer to be able to have the whole photo library shared across everyone in the family, so that all our photos end up in one place.

    Yes seems to work ok and also doesn't use any of your iCloud storage...
