    Hi,

I am looking at buying a ford ranger in the UK.

I have a company and am VAT registered.

Will I have to pay VAT to UK dealer if I issue them with my VAT number?

Does any one have experience in this or know how it works

    Thanks

Are commercial 4*4s and pick ups really much or any cheaper here than in the uk?

I'm pretty sure as long as you are vat registered you won't have to pay in the UK

You will however, have to pay BIK if the company buys it as its not a true commercial vehicle from revenues perspective.

Not if he is a sole trader or if it’s a pool car.

You'd have to pay VRT though no?
