Vehicle Registration Certificate - Error

I recently purchased a second hand car.
Seller completed the Change of Ownership and the new certificate arrived today with two name errors on it.
It has Mr instead of Mrs , and one letter is incorrect in the first name.
    Everything else is correct.
Is it ok to keep as it is or should I return it to Shannon ?

It's up to you but if you look at the rear of the document it tells you that you can fill in the correct names and return it to Shannon who will update it and send out a new one.
