    2.30 Ascot, Law Of Peace.

Around 11/10. I'm after backing this really heavy. The horse was backed on debut and looked like it had the race sowed up. It traded close to 1.01 that day. Now with the experience, looks an absolute cert. They will be out to recoup losses on the particular horse too. Biggest bet I've had in sometime.

    Good days racing, good luck.

Pretty Obviously went for a just in case bet on old Fav Zhui Feng at 4:10 8/1 , and i do like the prospects of Lightning Charlie in the 4:40. He has course form fallon up and on a good mark. 16/1 looks value.

Fear not, he'll be back tomorrow with another lorry load of max bets and max lays.

It was a stinger all right. I'm kicking myself. Gosden is 5 from 10 this month alone 50% strike rate with hit 2yo first time starters. Hind sight is a great thing, looking back it was a bit dicy with that kind of stat, but what can you do. In my opinion I thought Buick was a lot better than Murphy and would get the job done. Close finish no excuses.

7.40 Kempton, Land Of Oz, very short at around 4/9 but there is nothing in the race. I'll claw back a few quid when this wins.

    I'm done til tomorrow.

Cracking selection, what’s the secret sauce?

You can jeer away, water off a ducks back. I back info I get too. For instance, in the 9.29 @ woodbine I've backed Forest Halo @ even money. I have a brother over there who lives and works in racing. I lost today but I know I'll make it back.

If you bet for fun Andrew that's fair enough. I don't bet for fun. You have people on here who do their 50c lucky 15 who want big priced winners, who know it all. There are some knowledgeable folks here too like aidankkk I think it is, he knows the form guide, then others like Mostly Harmless with multiple accounts talking through his.....

I said it before I could bet between 4 or 5 bets a day to 14,15,16.... I don't post all my bets here.

Racing people are very touchy on boards, a new member posts and people saying it's me?! why ? In previous posts I often mentioned about info/connections backing or not backing their horses and I've been warned, private messaged by moderators not to say it again as it's not the 'charter' on boards. So that last race at Woodbine, if I wanted to say more about it, I couldn't. I think boards was taken over by some crowd recently and after that I think things went downhill across the board.

Tomorrow looks a nice day's racing.

There's almost too much racing tomorrow, I don't know why Ireland and Britain don't put more racing on a Sunday instead of cramming it in on a Saturday

I agree. Often you'd have 7 or 8 meetings on a Saturday and 2 on a Sunday 15 minutes apart. If you have a bet going early and a couple later in the day on the Sunday it can be painful listening to the tv show hosts. But you're right there is a sh!t load of racing tomorrow and a lot of it is junk. I've studied around 12 races so far and only one confirmed bet in the 1.35 at Ascot. That Ropey Guest I honestly can't see it winning. Granted it stayed on over 7f the last couple of time but on both occasions I thought it wants 6f. I've layed it for small money already.

I know it's coming near the end of the flat season but I find some of the top trainers put out some decent new comers get a win into them and put them away til next year. I'll be keeping an eye on some of the markets in the morning.
