Bank card expired

    Hi 

    My bank card expired at the end of August, I had read online that BOI send out a new one within two weeks prior to expiry however this never arrived. I then went online to order a new one and I am not sure if this worked or not... I currently have no working debit card which is extremely inconvenient... please advise!
