    Just dawned on me I am unaware of any TV series version of George Orwell's 1984 (and no, that awful Big Brother or is that Big Brudder!, does not count!!). With the success of The Handmaid's Tale, it would make a great TV series. If there already was one, I am unaware of it.

    There's a very faithful adaptation of the story taking place as we speak every day on Sky News and BBC News 24. The actors have really taken to the roles and you can tell they have fully embraced Orwell's vision.

    "The party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command."
