Anybody know if George Frayne's in Naas is still trading ? Phone keeps going to mailbox ? If not has anybody got a good word for a Peugeot indie shop to change a 1.6 HDI Timing Belt ?

Men, it has been well said, think in herds; it will be seen that they go mad in herds, while they only recover their senses slowly, and one by one.

He does with a Mi 16 engine in it if memory serves correctly. There was some serious French motorsport metal in his workshop back in the day.

I was a customer of George's for the last few years, and if the dates on this thread are to go by, one of his last before he closed, sadly. He was a gent.

Does anyone know of a similarly good Peugeot specialist in the Dublin area? I've a 2.0l HDI that needs it's timing belt changed.

Didn't know that, only knew he was there as I saw the sign as I drove past, is the garage closed or still trading, very few nowadays specialise on the French cars.

Based on the Google reviews, it looks like the business is still going, up until 2 months ago. Ken passed in Nov 2018, so there was still activity with the business afterwards.
