Best/quickest way to put on mass/weight/muscle mass?

Was fairly ripped but spent a month in hospital and dropped from 12st 7lbs down to 11st and lost all my muscle mass, particularly my biceps, triceps, chest and tummy

I was working out 5 days a week, eating ridiculously cleanly, 0 alcohol, looked and felt great and I want to get back to that.

As it is I’m like a twig

    Thanks guys

    Do what you did before.

If you're young then working out 5 days a week should do it, alongside eating the protein and calories to get back up. If you're older then 5 days of heavy workouts might not be the best.

In either case, if you have a trainer, talk to them.

2g of protein to 1kg of your body weight
Eating more calories than you burn will cause you to gain weigh
