Travelling on business with AF to the states wondering if anyone has travelled long haul with them?

    What's food like?
Is entertainment a mixture of French & English?
    Comp drinks?
    Seats comfortable?

Food good, you can view the menus online in advance on their website.

Most airlines have multi language options on their entertainment and AF is no different. Announcements will also be bilingual.

Drink, as much as you want.

Seats, I've flown a variety of aircraft with them in J and they've always been comfy though not all lie flat. Again you can suss that out in advance on the AF website.

In my experience what makes the difference between a good and bad experience in Air France business is the staff. I've had wonderful staff and some at the other end of the scale.

Edit: are you actually flying Air France (via France) or a Delta codeshare direct from Ireland. Delta's business class product is inferior imo.

AF/KLM have an excellent IFE system (the same screen as newer Aer Lingus A330's) on most aircraft with a huge selection available in most major languages

Flew AF in economy, dreadful, late, missed connection.

The booze might be free but go easy on it, it hits you a lot quicker at 36,000 and its not fun being tipsy and dealing with immigration, customs and getting out of airport...

Are you actually going to be on an Air France aircraft? Flew CDG JFK two weeks ago, Air France tickets but flight was on Delta, their business class was kinda cramped, no worries about getting drunk as they will rapidly cut you off, but their burgers were good as were their lost baggage services :)
