    Hi,

I replied to a post under "Teaching and Lecturing" and received a yellow card for being "uncivil". I was also told "Don't post here again" although it is unclear whether the extent of "here" means on the thread, the forum or the site!

This is the thread. My post is the only response in the thread (as of writing this). https://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?p=111130712#post111130712

Below is my response to what I received from the moderator. It also contains the entirety of my original post (which was overwritten by the moderator). I understand people are busy but given that I sent it more than two days ago and did not receive a response, I will put it here.

That was neither uncivil, aggressive nor confrontational.

    Dear Donald Trump,

You have been warned for being uncivil.

Typically, this means that you are posting in a needlessly aggressive or confrontational manner being disruptive on the forum or causing stress for the other members. We don't want that here.

For more information please refer to the Boards.ie FAQ.

    Your post:
Maybe ask one of your primary school students to help you with it?

    Hi Donald Trump,

I believe this was overlooked - apologies. I'll bring it to the CMods attention right now.

Given this has not been dealt with in a reasonable timescale this card is being lifted
