    Would it be ok to do the project on the Stonewall riots or the decriminalization of homosexuality in Ireland?

    As long as you take it from a historical viewpoint, yes of course.
    Quite popular topics though. Can you find a local, more specific angle on the topic?

    Well, I'm just having a hard time thinking of anything. I'm thinking now, maybe something about the 1913 lockout. I'm sure it's also popular, but I do have a connection to it through my great grandfather, James Byrne.
