Friend of mine had a chat on phone saying engine is gone due to piston ring breaking.Car was serviced 4 months ago and no issues but car has lost power and was towed to a local garage and stripped down and broken ring diagnosed.Not sure if just unlucky or if car overheated as not heard bad things on these engines.Customer…

Friend of mine had a chat on phone saying engine is gone due to piston ring breaking.Car was serviced 4 months ago and no issues but car has lost power and was towed to a local garage and stripped down and broken ring diagnosed.Not sure if just unlucky or if car overheated as not heard bad things on these engines.Customer told needs new engine as cannot be repaired?
