Panda Waste Collection

    To queries regarding Panda waste collection;

    1) I thought that previously we could put out extra recycling for the green bin as long as it was in a transparent bag. But 2 weeks ago I received a warning that items inside a sealed bag was not acceptable - even though the bin man would have had to throw same in. Can we use transparent bags for extra green bin items?

    2) I have a LOT of briers and brown bin material currently, and waiting every second week, it will probably take months for it to be fully collected. Can I leave this out some way that it will be collected sooner?
