Mistake on Betting Slip

I put a treble on in Paddy Power today on college football tonight.

    I filled it out as:

Date - Kickoff Time - Winner & Spread - Odds

I put the incorrect bet for one of the games.

I put Clemson -14.5 @ 4/11, but I should have noted that was the Half Time spread and odds, not full time. The odds will be a lot less for full time (but PP didnt offer a price for that spread at full time regardless).

What will happen if I do nothing, and would they update my slip if I go back in and explain?

I rarely place bets in store so unsure how it works.

They have college football on the self service machines, not sure if they have 1st half markets for college though (if they do, probably just one handicap at 10/11ish), but they do for NFL. Handier than writing it out and usually the cashiers haven't a clue about college ball so I'm surprised they didnt check it, did you request the price and then write it down after the cashier told you or what? If so, they may have entered it in.

If not, it would have looked like a full game bet, which as you say wasnt offered at that price or handicap so that part of it would likely be void and it would become a double.

Yeah I tried to use the self service machine but it kept spitting back out my twenty euro note!

I ended up going back over a couple of hours after I posted this and they just gave me an updated betting slip and updated whatever record they have of it on their system.

The treble came in anyway so happy days :)
