I had a set of passport photos taken today and boy 10 years hasn't been good to Moi(am 35 now). Needless to say I don't have the silky smooth skin I had back in the day.

What do yee all use to keep them looks picture perfect?

I keep a painting in the attic - the door is locked and the picture kept covered. It has worked for me so far ...

Wear sunscreen all year around, at least SPF 15 with a high UVA rating.

Then the boring stuff, lots of water, balanced diet, cut way back on sugar, moderate exercise, dont smoke and take it easy on alcohol.

Unfortunately, you're in for a bigger shock in 10 years time ...

One mars bar will age a person the equivalent of one day. Is it worth it ? A Guinness is basically a week.....

(I'm a woman but saw this on the recent threads page) Also watch what you're shaving with. Loads of the foams and gels have alcohol and other nasty ingredients that dry your skin out. Highly recommend using a light oil (olive oil is good but can feel heavy. Using a tiny drop and rubbed between your palms prior to application should be fine) as shaving lubricant instead.
