The payment is unbalanced at €90 for me and €9 for the new host, so if anyone is willing to host, I will transfer you €40 so the division of the spoils is even. I've already referred a friend and the real benefit is the payment is in cash rather than airbnb credit, so direct to your bank account. If you host even a single guest you basically get a €50 premium.
