Woodworm and bathroom vent cost

Had been told on a survey there was some localised dry rot in attic of house I've just bought.

Had a guy in to check it who advised not dry rot but the wood is discoloured due to the bathroom vent being angled into the attic. He also advised there was extensive woodworm in the timbers. That wasn't mentioned on the survey.

I think the options for the vent issue are to get a special roof tile and feed the vent through a tube and out through the roof or alternatively get a vent put in the bathroom on the outer wall. House is old and concrete built.Just wondering if anyone knows generally what those costs might be?

Also, was quoted approx 450 for woodworm treatment. Is that the average?

    Thanks
