    Hello everyone,

    I have been previously advised that the gas boiler in my home needs replacing its approximately 10+ yrs old, contacted a local company to see what they charge and I recieved the following;

    €1850 ideal logic boiler 5 year warranty
    €2000 vailliant eco tec 5 year warranty
    €2200 worcester bosch 7 year warranty
    €2500 worcester bosch 10 year warranty

    all installs come with full power flush and new time clock

    I know very little about heating and plumbing, which of three manufacturers mentioned above are the best and how do the prices compare? Living in south county Dublin.

    Regards

    Price seems thereabouts, probably a little on the cheaper side if they are doing a proper power flush. All depending on ease of installation.
    Any mention of the fitting of a Magnetic Filter, either Adey or Fernox, in the price?

    We bought a worchester bosch condensing boiler last year for 2100eu (incl installation) with a 5 year warranty. So far, no issues with it. It doesnt have an internal pump. It sends a signal to an external pump upstairs in the hot press.
