    HI all

    I have an upcoming interview with the Central Bank.

    I am aware it is a competnecy based interview and am trying to prepare. Has any one had one receently and haas any tips on what could possibly be asked. or any tips on how to successfully complete this interview - all ideas welcome

    Expect the usual competency based questions.
    I can't remember anything out of the ordinary.
    I was offered the job but got a better offer.

    Can I ask did you use the STAR approach when answering the questions?
    Apologies, its been so long since i have an interview i am just trying to get as prepared as possible.
