Sports club with the least time commitment?

Basically, I want to get involved with a sports club to keep fit and be social this coming year but I'm heading into third year and already do gym 2 or so evenings a week so don't want something that requires a big time commitment (eg. Rowing).

Does such a club exist at NUIG? Any recommendations? Archery? Swimming?

Join any club and committ as much or as little time as you want. Nobody will be forcing you to take part in training,
Swimming club for more social swimmers has coached sessions for 4/5 hours a week while more racing orientated swimmers can have sessions for more hours than that but lot of other clubs you could commit as much as that or less.
What would you see as a big time commitment anyway?
