As the biggest builder of new homes in Ireland do you reckon it's just a big hiccup internally around the financials or do you think this gives an insight into demand slowing down in buyers for new property's outside housing assocation's? Obviously down to lending rules.

When you watch this stuff too closely you can tend to read into it what you want to.

I think because of the IPO and the fact they are also building in the U.K. it could possibly be a company. They have other pressures that maybe a small building company solely based in Ireland has.
