Still quite good value, I haven't seen it for less than €65 here.
I bought the original Dremel years ago, still not quite sure what for. :D:D

I gave mine to my daughter when she was doing an arts and crafts course, they got quite good use out of it so if you're into that sort of thing I suppose.

I would have been in the same boat when I got my first one. Used it for a motorbike restoration initially but now use it for a multitude of things. Once you have one you'll find endless uses for it. Get one!!!:)

Don't worry if you really want one at a better price just keep an eye on it as this is one of those items Amazon regularly reduce.

Bought it at around that price a couple of years back. Nice bit of kit, very versatile, bought a pile of bits for it from lidl which are perfect. Handy if you're into DIY of any kind.

Probably one of the better kits at that price for occasional use, many of the kits just have too much junk bundled with them and that battery versions don't work out for occasional use because the batteries die through lack of use.

The 4000 model is on offer today. Is it worth the extra over the 3000 model?

Its a more powerful model 175W verses the 130W of the 3000 in the OP.

Good deal but again its a deal you'll see regularly. More useful for regular users of this sort of tool. Occasional users aren't going to see much benefit over the 3000.
