    anyone ever ran into issues with echo?

    we have a minor issue where we get some echo at the beginning of the call, but none after...

    I assume this is the echo canceller doing it's thing, but is there any way to reduce it at least?

    Looking at the recording the delay between the plosive and the echo is about 60ms, but when I listen to any silence after the intial echo, you can still hear it degrading out over nearly 350ms.

    using Cisco IOS 15
