Work in PR and marketing - is Dublin the best place for opportunities?

    Hi everyone,

I'm currently living and working in Galway. In college, I studied public relations and have done an internship which related to this. I'm currently working in an area unrelated to this and while I enjoy it, my true interest lies in the pr and marketing area. I've researched Galway agencies and there doesn't seem to be much opportunity for such roles here. In contrast, Dublin seems to offer more.

Is moving to Dublin my best chance? The only thing that puts me off is the cost of living and the fact that finding accommodation is meant to be notoriously difficult.

    Any advice?

    Thanks!

    I would have thought so.
Have you applied for many roles here?
