Driving licence renewal

    Hi folks,

    Apologies if this has been asked before but can't find anything on the search.

    A quick question I know someone here will be able to help me with. My license is due for renewal in November and I'm wondering if I renew it now, within the 3 month window, will the new license run until November or August 2029? I.e. will it renew from the original expiry date or the renewal date?

    Mods - feel free to move this if it's not the most appropriate place for this.

    It will start from the date that you go to the NDLS center or apply online.

    Thanks Jimmy, I kinda suspected that but thanks for confirming it for me. I'll hold off 'til November so (although does been the question of what the incentive to renew it early is but that's a whole other question)
