Misaligned or receiver issue?

    I’m running a Sky box(paid sub) and also a FTA receiver from a Sky installed dish.

    Most channels work however missing a few!

    On Sky box: BBC4 says no signal (signal strength is perfect when in settings for the dish!) I get BBC4 on my FTA box!

    On the FTA box: BBC News HD (11023/23000/H) only 40% intensity and 10% quality....


    Are these connected issues caused by the dish alignment or just an anomaly before I ring Sky to send out an engineer to assess why no BBC4 signal!
