Are The Career Academy Qualifications Valued

I am Considering studying for a AAT Accountant technician course online at a place called The Career Academy. I have started asking different Company's to see if the Industry recognises the Qualifications I will get after I finish this course and is it a good route to go down. As doing a full 4 years in College isn't a option for me. Any feedback I can get will help

I think the bigger question is whether the AAT qualification is valued. It can be a good step into Chartered Accountancy if you want to go that way

I was thinking of becoming a AAT then seeing if I get into a job where they supply me with the training for ACCA or CPA etc

Have you considered Accounting Technicians Ireland who run an apprenticeship programme, where you get work experience and get paid while you get the qualification? It is also a stepping stone to go onto ACA and ACCA.
