BMW X3 2007.

    Can anyone with BMW experience help.
    My X3 has started to make a binding noise when turning/ reversing into a parking space.
    I've had the propshaft done and recently removed the fuse that supplies the transfer case actuator. With the fuse removed I don't experience any binding noise.
    Have recently read on different forums that it could be down to tyres?
    Have any BMW technicians heard of this before.
