Can anybody tell me how to cure a geographic tongue.

There is no "cure". It's essentially where a portion of your tongue loses some of the rough lining intermittently..... In this condition and as said previously, avoid things that sting the thinner mucosa and/or use a topical rinse to help numb the area...
Steroid rinses for this is new to me??!!
