FAAC Automatic gates - hold open

I have a pair of 770N gate openers and a E145 control board. Currently I have 2 remotes, an ACT5 keypad and an intercom in the house all wired in parallel to give a pulse to the "open A" input to fully open both leaves.

I would like to be able to hold the gates open occasionally (currently set up in automatic safety mode).

My question is, if I wire the second switch on my intercom to latch the "open A" input will this hold my gates open.

What i would like is the gates work in auto mode until this switch is on, then they open and stay open until it is switched off.
