Underfloor heating issue

We've had underfloor heating in our house for the past 4 years. All working well. The other day I notice that an area of the floor was warm even though the thermostat was not calling for heat. I checked the ufh manifold and found one of the valves controlled by the accentuator to be stuck open. I got it sorted and all OK now but I noticed that the fluid looked as though it was rusty. Now I was there when the installer but in inhibitor when the system was originally put in. There have been some small drops in pressure over the years indicating a tiny air leak but that is now OK. So I'm wondering if I need to flush out the system and replace the fluid. Attached is a photo showing the discoloured water in the gauges on the manifold. The clear gauge is the one that is not connected to any cirucits and is the original colour.

Also if I do need to flush it can anybody recommend somebody in the Clare area. Thanks
