Does anyone know Grant Thornton or some big companies give an interview feedback or response after an interview or if we are rejected they wont give a response?

From what I've seen, some places give feedback.

Usually if it is a place that gives feedback, it tends to be if they are asked for feedback.

    So, no harm in asking.
If you get feedback, then it's a win.
If you don't, then you are in the same position as if you had not asked for feedback.

No potential employer is going to give you genuine feedback because if they did they'd leave themselves open to legal claims and arguments. If you want to get genuine feedback then sign up for an interview training course.
