Heating controls grant

Bought a house last winter. It's got underfloor downstairs and rads upstairs, and a fairly outdated heating control. We seem to have only one zone. Basically when we turn on underfloor heating, it also heats the rads upstairs. This usually mean the rooms become unbearably warm before the underfloor heating even gets warmed up. I am very much clueless on the heating control grant. What does it entitle us too? Is it essentially a Nest?

You need a registered plumber to seperate the underfloor downstairs from the upstairs and hot water so you have 3 zones. They will put TRV's on the rads also. Something like Climo control can be used then for each zone. If you get a couple of quotes the contractor will advise on the grant which I think is €700.

Does anyone have an idea of the rough cost of something like this?, just so I have an idea if the plumber is charging a fair price
