I am in the unfortunate situation where mobile broadband is the only internet I can get. I live in Dublin and saw an announcement about the rollout of Vodafone 5G a few days ago. When can we expect 5g-capable modems coming out?

Its a metro area product for probably 12 months. If you've not got any fixed line options you're unlikely to see 5G soon.

I live in the heart of densely populated D4. My inability to get wired connection is due to the building fault, rather than my geographical location (long story). Hence this could actually be a great thing for me.
