My brother has a 181 commercial Disco and will hit the warranty mileage limit soon, barely within about 20 months of ownership.

I got a bmw factory warranty extension on my 152 4GC since the new car warranty ended.

Is there a similar warranty extension set-up from Land Rover?

    Thanks

    Have a look here: https://www.landrover.com/ownership/extended-warranty.html

It mentions to contact the dealer in relation to the extension :)

Not that it makes much difference but is entitled to 24 months warranty at a minimum, regardless of mileage.

That's the very reason the op started the thread.

He is just 4 months away from it.
    Good timing to check it.

As another poster said, just get to the dealer and see if they offer it and what's the cost.

If they don't that is a sign of what not to buy new next time I guess...

And even more protection under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act for upto 6 years.
