    Hi,
was this the behemoth that flew in around 19:00 last night?
I was in Howth, sitting on the pier and this massive green (I thought) machine growled by on it's way in to land.
I came on here to see if anyone knew what it was and I found this post :-)

I saw this taxi-ing into Dublin last week. Can anyone shed light as to why it was here?

You'll be unlikely to find out. It may have been as simple as that they chose Dublin for crew rest as an alternative to, say, Prestwick or Belfast.
